How do credits work?
Every AI action — chat, search, analysis, translation, writing assist — uses a small number of credits based on how much computation it takes. You spend your monthly credits on whatever mix of features you need most.
Can I see what each action costs before I run it?
Yes. Every AI action shows an estimated credit cost before you confirm, and your remaining balance is always visible in the sidebar.
Can I switch tiers later?
Anytime, from Settings → Plan & usage. Switching plans cancels your current plan immediately and starts the new one fresh — you'll be taken to checkout to pay, and any unused credits or days on the old plan are forfeited. If you just want to stop billing, cancel instead and you'll keep your plan until the end of the current cycle.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
Do you train AI on my work?
No. Your prompts and documents are not used to train any model.
Do you offer a student discount?
Plus is already priced with students in mind. Verified students with a .edu email can email [email protected] for an additional discount on Pro.
