Refund Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Rhino Scholar subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis once you sign up, and continue until you choose to cancel. You can cancel your plan whenever you like by signing in to your account.

As a general rule, fees paid for Rhino Scholar subscriptions and team or institutional licenses are non-refundable.

If you would like to stop being billed before your next renewal date, sign in to your account and go to Settings → Plan & usage → Cancel subscription. Once cancelled, your plan will not renew and no further charges will be made. You will keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.

If you switch to a different plan — a higher or lower tier, or between monthly and yearly billing — your current plan is cancelled immediately and the new one begins right away. Any unused credits or remaining days on the old plan are forfeited; they are not prorated or refunded, and you pay for the new plan at checkout.

If you believe a refund is warranted because of a bug or a clear issue with the product, please reach out to our support team. We may ask you to walk us through the problem so we can reproduce and resolve it. This helps us keep the product working well for everyone and lets us address genuine issues fairly.

To start the process, contact us at [email protected] and we will follow up to schedule a short call or exchange details over email.

Thank you for using Rhino Scholar.
